small beds parking issue
the location was acceptable for exploring nearby shops.
The small beds were not normal width. Neither of us slept well. i also encountered an issue with parking. I didn't get the promised discount despite having the ticket verified at reception.

a sweet escape
central location amazing options kind staff clean room
the location felt so central, near everything i wanted to see. the breakfast had amazing options, perfect for starting our day. the staff, always so kind, helped with directions. our room was always clean when we returned to it, it was a wonderful sight.
a little noise at night drifted up from the street, but it lulled me to sleep anyway.

our room had a comfortable bed i could sink into after a long day, with fresh, soft sheets that smelled of lavender. crisp, white towels waited in the bathroom, with soaps that sparkled with natural scents. the temperature was always perfect.

the hotel stood near many attractions. it was easy to wander out and find interesting places. several restaurants and shops sat close, all within a short, sweet walk. public transport was also easily available.

the hotel offered a bar with soft lighting, a place where we could enjoy a quiet drink. breakfast included many choices with fresh pastries. wifi was available, it allowed us to share moments with those far away.

staff were helpful. they offered directions and answered questions. they always seemed ready to assist with warmth and smiles. checking in and out was fast and easy.

central location excellent service
The hotel is very centrally located. Restaurants and shops are a short walk. The staff at the front desk offered such excellent service, and they handled my requests with smiles!!!
The elevator was a little slow, sometimes requiring a short wait.

excellent location and great service!
central location parking discount comfortable topper late checkout
The location was convenient. I walked easily to nearby shops. the receptionist helped me with a parking discount across the road, which saved money. i slept well on the topper, it was very comfortable. late checkout was especially appreciated, it gave me time to relax.
the tv was quite small, i would have liked a bigger screen.

I saw 24-hour food available. The reception sold pizza and toasted sandwiches. the food was AMAZING!!! the bar was open, with a good selection of drinks. It seemed very well stocked, and i even saw guinness on tap.

my room included tea and coffee provisions. the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. the bathroom was a fitted pod, and the shower was roomy, which i liked. shower gel and shampoo were also provided.

The lift required a room key for access. I felt safe because of this security measure. the hotel is really close to the city centre. the staff was helpful and friendly, especially the reception staff. They were very polite.

The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They promptly addressed my inquiries and provided useful information. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection.
The room I had was quite small and felt a bit cramped. The central controlled air conditioning was not very effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. The ironing facilities on my floor worked sporadically.
